Introduction Daniel had always believed that he could handle life on his own. He was not a bad man. At least, that was what he told himself. He went to church. He knew how to pray. He knew many Bible verses. He could sing worship songs with his eyes closed and raise his hands during praise. If someone asked him whether he believed in God, he would answer without hesitation. “Yes, I do.” But believing that God existed was not the same as surrendering his life to Him.
